Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a wrong item, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

B. Damaged Product on Arrival
If the product is physically damaged on delivery:
Notify us within 24 hours
Provide unboxing video + photos
Replacement will be provided after verification

C. Defective Product
If the product is defective or not working:
Report within 3 days
We will test the product
Replacement or repair will be provided based on warranty terms

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature:
Software, Operating System installation, and digital services
Opened laptop/desktop components (CPU, RAM, SSD, HDD, etc.) unless defective
Items damaged due to improper use
Physical damage after delivery
Used or tampered items
Services (OS installation, repair service, data recovery, AMC, etc.)

Warranty Terms

Warranty varies according to the product:
Brand Warranty: For laptops, desktops, and branded electronics
Dealer Warranty: For refurbished systems and parts
No Warranty: For services or software installation
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Burn marks
Improper installation done by customer
Mishandling or unauthorized repairs

Refund Guidelines

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
Order cancelled before dispatch
Item not in stock
If a replacement is not available
Refunds are NOT provided for:
Customer’s change of mind
Service-related purchases
Opened/used items
Products returned without original box/accessories
Refund Method – Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product verification.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, follow these steps:

Mention Order ID, reason for return, and photos/video
Our team will verify and approve/decline the request
Keep the product in original packing with invoice

Return Shipping Rules

For damaged/wrong items → We will arrange pickup or reimburse courier charges
For customer-initiated returns → Customer must ship the product back

After Shipping:
Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

All returns must include original invoice, packaging, accessories, and box
Serial numbers must match our records
Replacement is subject to availability
