At Systech IT Services, we strive to deliver your products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery methods, timelines, charges, and other logistics-related information.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship products through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Professional Couriers

The courier partner may vary depending on your location, product type, or serviceability.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Puducherry & Tamil Nadu

  • 2–4 business days

South India (TN, KA, KL, AP, TS)

  • 3–5 business days

Rest of India

  • 4–7 business days

Remote / Village Locations

  • 7–10+ business days based on courier availability.

Delivery may take longer during festivals, political events, strikes, or bad weather.


4. Dispatch Timelines

  • In-stock products: 1–3 business days
  • Pre-order or backorder products: 3–10 business days, depending on supplier availability
  • Custom-built PCs: 3–7 business days

If a delay occurs, we will inform you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and courier charges.
  • Free shipping may be applicable during promotions or for specific categories (if mentioned).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier Partner Name
  • Tracking Link

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.


7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be:

  • Returned to origin (RTO), or
  • Held at the local courier office for pickup

Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details.


8. Damaged / Tampered / Lost Shipments

8.1 Damaged Delivery

If the package is visibly damaged or tampered during delivery, please:

  • Reject the parcel OR
  • Record a video and photos while opening the package

Report it within 24 hours to support@systechitservices.in or WhatsApp.

8.2 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Courier investigation takes 7–15 business days
  • Refund or replacement will be issued only after courier confirmation

9. Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable
  • Refund is not eligible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping is limited to India only.


11. Self Pickup Option

Customers near Puducherry can opt for self-pickup at our service center:
