  • Complex motherboard repair: 7–14 business days
    Timelines may vary depending on part availability or severity of the issue.

3.3 On-Site Services

  • Local on-site visit scheduling: Within 24 hours (subject to availability).
  • Remote support initiation: Within 1–4 hours from request, during working hours.

3.4 Custom PC Builds

  • Assembly, testing, and delivery: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Product Purchase, Orders & Delivery Timelines

4.1 Order Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours via email/WhatsApp.

4.2 Dispatch & Delivery

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days dispatch time
  • Delivery time (courier dependent):
    • Within Tamil Nadu/Puducherry: 2–4 days
    • South India: 3–5 days
    • Rest of India: 4–7 days

4.3 Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays due to:

  • Weather
  • Festival seasons
  • Transport shutdown
  • Operational delays

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may change anytime based on supplier cost, stock, or market trends.
  • Payment must be completed via approved methods (UPI, bank transfer, card, cash).
  • Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours (for online orders).

6. Warranty Terms & Timelines

6.1 Product Warranty

  • New branded products come with manufacturer warranty (varies 6–60 months depending on brand).
  • Warranty service timeline is controlled by the manufacturer’s service center, not us (typically 7–21 days).

6.2 Service Warranty

We offer limited service warranties depending on the type of repair:

  • Software-related services: 7 days warranty
  • Part replacements: 30–90 days (varies by part)
  • No warranty for:
    • Liquid-damaged devices
    • Physically damaged devices
    • Burnt components
    • Unauthorized repairs done after service

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy Timelines

7.1 Product Returns

Eligible returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

7.2 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank reflection time may take an additional 2–4 days.

7.3 Service Refunds

Service charges are non-refundable, except when:

  • No attempt of repair was made

  • Customer-initiated damage after service
  • Courier mishandling during shipping

Customers are strongly advised to backup data before handing over devices.


9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and order details
  • Avoid misrepresentation while reporting an issue
  • Not hand over counterfeit or illegal products for service
  • Collect devices within 30 days of repair completion (storage fee may apply after 30 days)

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, product descriptions, and images belongs to Systech IT Services.
